Made me think of things I never thought of before. Basically for those
who has never heard of this song, it’s a song/conversation with God.
I love this song because first of all, in the song, it’s the person who
says he wants only good things for him whilst God wants to give
everything..(..itulah manusia^^;;..). That was an ironic touch because we know that only God
knows what’s best for you but you wish for everything anyway.
Also, after listening to this song, I think it’s a romantic idea that
you and God did have a conversation before you were born. I think we
did and I really wish I could remember the conversation. It’s just that
we know so well that God works in grand scales so suddenly remembering
that he ‘order made’ each one of us personally is quite humbling. What
did we talk about? Did I promise anything? Had I kept it? Did I make
Him proud? You know, those kind of things.
This song made me
sad, made me happy, made me realize that i am a weak person!
